Meet Aries Jordan
Just Write Experience was founded in 2022 by Aries Jordan author, educator, and literary guide dedicated to creating spaces where people can pause, reflect, and connect through writing.
With an MFA in English and more than a decade of experience designing and leading writing experiences for youth, adults, educators, and community organizations. Aries believes every person carries a story worth telling. Through poetry, reflective writing, and creative facilitation, she invites participants to imagine boldly, write authentically, and connect more deeply with themselves and others.
Her work explores themes of identity, womanhood, healing, memory, and belonging, creating opportunities for writers at every stage of their creative journey to find their voice with honesty and courage.
She is the author of Journey to Womanhood: A Poetic Rite of Passage. Aries' writing has been featured in The San Francisco Chronicles, Yale School of Medicine, City Magazine, InDance Magazine, and numerous literary anthologies. She has facilitated writing workshops, poetry readings, and literary experiences for schools, libraries, nonprofit organizations, and community groups.
